½ cup shoyu ¼ cup lemon 2 whole onions, sliced rounds 1 lb. teriyaki meat (sirloin tip), sliced 1/8" thick salt (opt.) pepper (to taste) A) Combine shoyu, lemon, salt and pepper to form marinade. B) Marinate for ½ hr. before cooking. C) Fry -or- broil meat until cooked. D) With left over sauce, stir fry the onions. NOTE: Chicken can be substituted for beef. Voil ! Ono! Simple! |
