5 lbs. chicken thighs ( one ) 1 egg white ½ cup water ( two ) ½ cup wheat germ ½ cup potato chips, crushed 1-2 cloves garlic, crushed -or- 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. chili powder 1 tsp. paprika ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper A) Combine dry ingredients ( two ) and set aside. B) Combine egg white and water ( one ). Use to dip chicken into. C) Coat chicken in dry ingredient mixture ( two ). D) Bake at 350F for 45 minutes covered, then 15 minutes uncovered. E) Serve with a BBQ sauce. |
