Chicken Dipped in Shoyu Sauce

chicken drummettes

½	cup		shoyu
3-4	T.		sugar
			garlic, chopped - to taste
			green onion, 
			chopped - to taste

A)	Flour and deep fry chicken.
B)	Combine shoyu, sugar, garlic, and onion.  
	Heat and simmer while dipping chicken.
C)	Dip in sauce and serve.
