Chocolate Mochi

2	cups		mochiko (rice flour)
2	cups		sugar
1	T.		baking soda
1	cup		semi-sweet chocolate chips
½	cup		butter -or- margarine
2	12 oz. cans	evaporated milk
2	tsp.		vanilla 
2			eggs, beaten

A)	Sift mochiko, sugar and baking soda into 
	a large bowl.
B)	Melt butter and chocolate together; combine
	with evaporated milk, vanilla extract and eggs.
C)	Mix well and stir into dry ingredients until smooth.
D)	Pour into a greased 9x13" pan.
E)	Bake at 350F for 45 - 55 minutes.  Cool, serve.
	Don't refrigerate.
