Guava Chicken

5	lbs.		boneless, skinless chicken 
			thighs -or- breasts
1	6 oz. can 	guava nectar, frozen
½	cup		sugar -or-  ¼ cup honey
¼	tsp.		Chinese Five Spice 
½ - 3/4  cup		oyster sauce
½	cup		tomato -or- banana catsup
½	cup		shoyu
½	tsp.		salt (opt.)
2	cloves		garlic, minced

A)	Combine all ingredients, except chicken, to 
	create marinade.
B)	Marinate chicken overnight, turning occasionally.
C)	Cook over charcoal.
