Kal Bi Ribs

(Korean Style)

Marinade:
½	cup		Kikoman shoyu
½	cup		water
¼	cup		brown sugar
¼	cup		honey
2	oz.		whiskey
¼	cup		green onion, chopped
4	cloves		garlic, smashed
1	T.		sesame seeds
3			red hot chili peppers, crushed (opt.)

2-3	lb.		short ribs

A)	Mix ingredients in a large bowl, making sure that the 
	sugar is dissolved.
B)	In a large freezer baggie, soak short ribs overnight in
	the refrigerator.  Make sure to move ribs around a 
	couple times.
C)	Broil over charcoal for a delicious main course.  
	Serve with rice/macaroni salad/kim chee.
