Kathy's Oyster Sauce Chicken



	
1-2		lbs.		chicken, cooked
¼		cup		oil
3		cloves		garlic, grated
1		1" piece		ginger, grated
½-3/4		cup		green onion
¼		cup		oyster sauce
3		T.		sugar, to taste

A)	Heat oil in a pan until a test piece of green onion
	sizzles when dropped in.  Stir in garlic and ginger.  
	Cook until they float (about 30 seconds).
B)	Remove from heat.
C)	Stir in green onion until it wilts.  Add oyster sauce 
	and sugar to taste.
D)	Spoon sauce over cooked chicken.
E)	May be served warm -or- cold.

YIELD:	6 servings
