"World Famous"
Portuguese Baked Beans

1	lb.			Portuguese sausage
1	15 oz. can		pork & beans
1	15 oz. can		kidney beans
1	large			onion, chopped
1	cup			ketchup
½	tsp.			vinegar
2	T.			Worcestershire sauce
1/3	cup			brown sugar
3	T.			molasses/syrup
1	T.			mustard

A)	Cut sausage to your desired size.  Boil sausage 
	to remove fat for about 20 minutes.  Then drain.
B)	Combine all ingredients and mix well.
C)	To cook either: 
	1) Quick method - bake uncovered approximately 
	1 hour at 360F
	2) Slow cook method - Cook several hours in a crock pot.
