Mango Dessert

Crust:
1½	cup		flour
3/4	cup		butter -or- margarine (1½ sticks)
1/3	cup		sugar

A)	Cut butter into flour and sugar mixture until crumbly.
B)	Press into 9x13" pan and bake at 350F for 15-20
	minutes.
Filling:
2	pkgs.		unflavored gelatin
½	cup 		water
1	cup		hot water
¼	tsp.		salt
1	cup		sugar
¼	cup		lemon juice
4	cups		sliced mango
8	oz.		whipped topping (Cool Whip)

A)	Soften gelatin in cold water.  Add hot water to 
	dissolve gelatin.
B)	Add salt, sugar, and lemon juice.
C)	Cool mixture and refrigerate.
D)	When slightly congealed, add mangoes.  Pour over 
	baked crust.
E)	Refrigerate until firm.  Spread whipped topping over
	mango layer.
