Maori Bread



7-8	cups		flour
2	pkgs.		yeast
3	cups		warm water
½	cup		sugar
	pinch		salt

A)	Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in the warm water
	and add 3 cups of flour.  Stir, then leave to rise.  Look 
	for bubbles.
B)	Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time.  Stir until thick then
	knead until smooth as elastic.  
C)	Divide into three parts and put in greased bread tins.  
	Leave to rise.
D)	Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
