Papaya Sherbet

½	cup		orange juice
¼	cup		lemon juice
1			papaya
1	cup		sugar
2	cups		light cream

A)	Peel, seed and dice the papaya.
B)	Combine papaya, OJ and lemon juice in a blender. 
	Blend until smooth.
C)	Combine sugar and cream, stir in papaya mixture.
D)	Pour into freezer tray and freeze until firm.  Stir once
	during freezing.  

YIELD:	6 servings
