1	recipe		"Kathy's Char Siu "  Marinade
1	T.		oil
3	T.		water chestnuts, minced
1	lb.		lean pork, cut into small pieces

1	pkg.		hot roll mix

A)	Marinate pork in Kathy's marinade to which has been
	added 1 T. oil and water chestnuts.
B)	Prepare hot roll mix according to package directions 
	and let rise until double in bulk.  Knead dough until 
	smooth; cut into 12 equal pieces.
C)	Cut twelve 3" square pieces of waxed paper.
D)	Oil hands and flatten each piece of dough.  Place	
	1 T. of mixture in the center of each circle of dough.  
	Pull edges up to enclose the filling.  Pinch together to 
	seal. 
E)	Place each bun on a 3" square of waxed paper, seam 
	side down.
F)	Cover and let rise until doubled.
G)	Place on rack and steam for 12-15 minutes.

YIELD:	1 dozen
