Steak Kabob Sauce

3	tsp.		shoyu
3	tsp.		sugar
2	tsp.		lemon juice
2	tsp.		salt
1½	cup		beer
½	cup		oil
1	clove		garlic
	pinch		hot pepper (opt.)

A)	Combine all ingredients and mix together well.

NOTE:	May also be used as a marinade -or- steak sauce.  Goes
	great when cooking over a hibachi -or- Weber grill. 
 	Cut steak into cubes then arrange on skewers alternately
	with vegetables to make kebabs.
